Successful audits for ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, Kosher and Responsible Care
At Synerlogic, we place great importance on working safely and responsibly. Audits and inspections help us uphold these standards. They offer the opportunity to assess our processes against the highest benchmarks and continuously improve—adding value for our customers and partners. Over the past few months, several certification audits were once again successfully completed. A brief overview:

ISO 14001
On 3 and 4 June, the annual external audit for ISO 14001—the international standard for environmental management—took place. The auditor expressed appreciation for our structured approach, in which we link goals and actions clearly through OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Order and cleanliness in the workplace, our compliance with environmental legislation, and the engagement of colleagues were also positively noted.
This successful audit demonstrates that we not only meet the requirements of ISO 14001, but also actively use the system as a tool for continuous improvement and sustainable impact.
FSSC 22000
In July 2024, we received the FSSC 22000 certificate for a period of three years. The audit for the second year of certification has now also been successfully completed. This annual independent assessment confirms that our processes continue to comply with the strict requirements of the FSSC 22000 standard in the areas of food safety assurance, food fraud prevention, product quality, and food defence.
Kosher
Our Kosher certification has also been renewed. This certification is assessed annually, and following a successful audit, we are once again authorised to carry the Kosher label for our products and processes.
Responsible Care
On 20 June, the external audit for Responsible Care was conducted, facilitated by VHCP—the Dutch association for the chemical distribution chain. Responsible Care is a global, voluntary initiative of the chemical sector aimed at continuous improvement in the areas of safety, health, environmental care and security in the use and production of chemicals.
The audit included a review of our OKR methodology and how it is linked to goals relating to environmental protection, sustainability and working conditions.
The results confirm Synerlogic’s strong commitment to the principles of Responsible Care. The auditor complimented our well-functioning management systems and the structured way in which we pursue ongoing improvements.

Audits are much more than mandatory checks. They provide valuable insights that help us refine our processes, identify and manage risks, and continue to meet the expectations of customers, partners and regulators.
