Synerlogic invests in new process tank
At Synerlogic we want to be able to make good quality products, but still remain flexible. In order to be able to respond even better to customer demand, we have replaced our old mixing tank.

A new mixing tank calls for cooperation
Initially, the requirements of Production, Technical Services, Engineering and SHEQ were taken into account to create a safe, efficient and user-friendly design. Ultimately, we chose a glass-fibre reinforced plastic tank that is resistant to our acids nitric acid, sulphuric acid and phosphoric acid. This gives us a future-proof tank from which both old and new customers can obtain a high-quality product.
The replacement took place within 4 weeks. This involved:
- Removal of all old and superfluous components.
- Open the roof, take out the old tank and put in the new one.
- Laying pipework.
- Lay wiring and install controls.
- Testing with water and chemicals.
We are very happy with our new tank, which mixes faster, leaves less residual chemicals and can be rinsed quickly. With this, we set the new, more sustainable standard for Synerlogic.
